Because all funds received, whether through product sales or direct donations—are used to advance our charitable programs. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Donations

All donations are final. Once a contribution is processed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred. This ensures that we can responsibly and immediately allocate funds to support our cause.

Merchandise

Merchandise purchases from our store are considered charitable contributions with a gift of appreciation. As such, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Tax Deductibility
